SCHEDULE

  • Please enter through the back door entrance. There is a front door, however, it leads directly into the classroom. You can find parking on West Genesee Street, or behind the studio (behind Crabby Kirks). Look for signs that say Village Parking!
  • Remove footwear before entering the changing rooms and going upstairs. The barefoot yogi’s will thank you!

  • Please be on time or early for classes. Your body will thank you for the time beforehand to relax and warm up!

  • Always be respectful of teachers and students. This is a safe place, where all judgement is left at the door. We are all here for our practice, and supporting one another is crucial!
  • If you cannot make it to the class you booked please cancel or call to let us know ASAP. No-shows will be docked a class from their package.
  • If you bring a bag into class please ensure that your cellphone is OFF. Ringing and vibrating phones can be distracting.
