HOT YOGA

Hot Yoga class will consist of various yoga styles from Ashtanga to Yin within a heated environment (105 degrees) with added humidity. Be prepared to flow through poses, hold poses, stretch, breath, strengthen, balance and improve focus. The class ends with a 12-minute savasana (relaxation).

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative Yoga is beneficial for all levels of yoga students. A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely stretch and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, supported child pose, supported fish pose etc… Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.

ZEN BOXING

Zen Boxing is a 50-minute class designed for everyBODY, where the best of both worlds collide. It seems that Boxing and Yoga are opposites but together they bring equanimity. The first 30 minutes of class will be shadow boxing and boxing combos on the heavy bag. The last 20 minutes of class will be the sweetness after the struggle. The Zen after the fight.
